PBFIT – Peanut Butter Powder Review

Peanut Butter and Pizza are two of my most favorite must haves, but when you’re dieting they’re not a good go-to item. Sure when we order pizza from, our favorite local Papa Murphy’s, we choose (usually) a Garlic Chicken De-lite. That makes it to where I can have two pieces of pizza without guilt. Now I’m sure there are sugar free, all natural Peanut Butter’s out there, but there isn’t anything that can get to the taste of a creamy peanut butter such as Jif.. YUM, or my absolute favorite if we’re going to talk about peanut butter we’re going to have to include their BFF cholate.. Those two are just meant to be. Sorry, back to my point. Peanut Butter just can’t really be swapped in my opinion. That was until now!! I had the chance to review Betterbody Foods PBfit, a Peanut Butter Powder. Seriously, I’m in love!!

PBfit is a Peanut Butter Powder that is 75% less fat than traditional Peanut Butter. Smells just like the real stuff. All you have to do is add water.
I tried it several different ways, I tried a peanut butter sandwich with fresh strawberry preserves. Result:
My most favorite way to mix this, is to mix it with my chocolate protein drink after a workout. I go to the gym really early, so this is a great post-workout breakfast.

I thought I’d ask my friends on Facebook as to how they use their PBfit, and the results are in:
• Cool chip and chocolate PB2
• Oatmeal and/or in smoothies
• Mix in with plain or vanilla yogurt and then add chopped apples.
• Smoothies
• Spinach, banana, almond milk, PB2 smoothie

How do they do it?
PB Fit is a delicious, low fat powdered peanut butter made from gently roasted peanuts. We extract about 85% of the oil from the peanuts and grind them to a powder. We add a pinch of sugar and a dash of salt to create a delicious powder that is chock full of flavor.

Combine PB Fit and water for a healthy peanut butter spread that is one third the calories and 75% less fat than traditional peanut butter. PB Fit makes a great dip for apples, bananas, celery and pretzels. Throw a few scoops into your smoothie, yogurt or oatmeal to add a flavorful protein boost.
