Skinny Teatox – All Natural Detox Tea

I’m all for trying different ways to lose weight, but my main goal is to lose weight in safe and healthy way. I’m not looking for the quick fix, but something that is going to help me on a daily basis to lose the weight slowly. I didn’t gain all this weight overnight, so I’m going into this journey with an open mind and patient heart. One of the things I have cut out of my diet is drinking my beloved Diet Coke, sigh, and so I’ve been experimenting with other drinks and one of them is a 100% Natural Skinny Teatox.

If you haven’t heard about the 14 Day Skinny Teatox, it’s 100% natural and helps with:
-Weight loss
-Burn calories
-Boost metabolism
-Cleanse
-Detoxify
-Suppress appetite
-Increase energy levels

There are no chemicals or preservatives, it’s Gluten free, GMO free and nut free.

Skinny Teatox is made with a combination of special teas, which in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise can helps promote good health and weightloss. It’s important to use this tea correctly, the benefits for many include weight loss, boosted metabolism, increased energy levels and suppressed appetite. How to use the skinny teatox program:

DAYTIME TEA + EVENING TEA

Drink one cup of Daytime Tea every morning or afternoon. The Daytime Tea is a stimulant made up of all-natural, healthy, loose leaf tea which gives you a steady and constant supply of energy throughout the day. It also increases your metabolism and aids with appetite suppression.

The Evening Tea is the cleansing and detoxification tea, which is a colon cleanse that flushes out your digestive tract of toxins and unwanted excess. It does not contain caffeine, so it’s suggested to drink before bed. The Evening Tea comes in teabags and are to be taken EVERY OTHER DAY (starting on day 1).

14 Day Detox Tea - Night Time Tea

MY RESULTS:
I really enjoyed the taste of both the Daytime and Evening Tea. The Daytime Tea reminds me of sun tea, which is my favorite tea. I’d make this first thing in the morning before leaving for the gym, so when I’d get back it’d be perfectly chilled in the fridge. It reminds me of when I was little and would stay at my Great Grandma’s she’d always make sun tea in the summer. With cutting out Diet Coke from my daily routine, by taking the Daytime Tea I experienced a nice pick-me-up of energy throughout the day. I felt more awake, especially with leaving for the gym so early.

The Evening Tea I’d make about a 1/2 hour before going to bed, I didn’t experience any cramping or discomfort. They advise that if taken in the evening, the effect will likely occur the next morning and that was pretty accurate.

It’s important to stay hydrated during your teatox, which I didn’t feel was a problem since I’ve been drinking plenty of water since being more conscious of diet and exercise. I’d recommend trying the 14 Day Skinny Teatox, and for more information please visit: http://skinny-teatox.com/

I get sleepy in the afternoons so this might be a great thing for me to try. Currently, I’m drinking Everday Detox tea by Traditional Medicines. It’s one of the few teas I’ve ever found that taste really good to me without sugar.

    • Thanks Jeannine, yeah this one I can drink w/o any sugar.. I’m one to add a few teaspoons to my sun tea for sure.. I actually liked this one warm and cold, it was a nice boost. Much better than some energy drinks I’ve tried. 🙂
